Inkletter does not host a remote account or database for your newsletters. Your Gmail account stays with Google. This page explains how to remove Inkletter data from your device and revoke app access.

How to delete your Inkletter data

Open Inkletter on your Android device.
Go to Settings → tap Sign out. This deletes OAuth tokens and clears the local newsletter cache on the device.
Optional: uninstall Inkletter from your device to remove any remaining app data.
Revoke Inkletter’s access to your Google account: myaccount.google.com/permissions → select Inkletter → Remove access.

What is deleted

OAuth tokens (encrypted local storage)
Cached newsletter list and message content on the device
Reading preferences stored locally by the app

What is not stored by Inkletter

Your Gmail messages are not copied to Inkletter servers (there is no Inkletter backend).
Payment card data is handled only by Google Play.

Data retained by third parties

Google (Gmail / OAuth): your emails remain in Gmail until you delete them in Gmail. Revoking access stops Inkletter from reading them.
Google (Firebase Analytics / GA4): aggregated usage data may be retained according to Google’s privacy policy. Inkletter does not send Gmail content to analytics.
Google Play: subscription and purchase records are retained by Google for billing and tax purposes.
